About Royal Windsor
The Royal Oak Hotel stood on this site from the 19th century until its demolition in the late 1930s. The building which replaced it enjoyed a sneaky cameo in the classic 1963 film Carry On Cabby.
Today’s pub, The Royal Windsor, provides spectacular views of Windsor Castle from its extensive beer garden as you enjoy freshly cooked classic pub food or indulge in delicious cocktails made using house-infused spirits.
